At Beanout Coffee Roastery, we strive to ensure your coffee reaches you as fresh as possible.

Shipping Rates

West Malaysia	RM 7
East Malaysia	RM 15
Free Shipping	RM100 and above (WM) RM150 and above (EM)

Order Processing

* Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
* Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

* Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
* A Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

Issuance of Receipt

All purchased products do not come with an invoice or receipt.
If you require a receipt for your purchase, please contact us at beanout.my@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide one.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Beanout Coffee Roastery is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or unforeseen circumstances caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.

Freshly Roasted Coffee

At Beanout Coffee Roastery, we ship our coffee either freshly roasted or carefully rested, to ensure our customers enjoy the finest flavour and the best specialty coffee experience. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods.
